Dear all, I have models from glm.nb procedures from which I can extract the %explained deviance of the response studied from the null deviance and residual deviance given in the summary (model.object) output. I would be interested in obtaining a breakdown of that % explained deviance between the various explanatory input - is this possible and how? Thanks a lot! Helene. `·.,, ><(((º> <º)))>< ,,.·` |
