Hi,

I am new to using NUOPT and am finding the manual a little thin on detail.
Can anyone tell me whether it is possible to specify constraints on
semi-continuous variables. I have a quantity Q that I want to take on the
value zero or a value greater than a pre-specified limit
ie Q is in {0, (a,b)} .

Regards,
Glenn Treacy
