                        Many Thanks
                        I am using the scripts from MASS 4th Edition
                        It seems to have produced an incomplete postscript
file and the application totally hangs.

                        With Kind Regards
                        Debbie Law

                                Which version of the MASS scripts do you
have? Be sure they're for S
                                version 4 (which is what S-Plus version
6.1.2 uses).

                                                        Please can somebody
help me ?

                                                        When I try to run
the script from chapter 1 of MASS
                                (ch01.ssc) my machine just hangs and the
task manager indicates the
                                application is not responding.

                                                        I am using Splus
Professional Edition Version 6.1.2
                                Release 1 for Microsoft Windows
                                                        Operating System =
Windows XP Professional
                                                        PC = Pentium 4  1.7

                                                        RAM  = 128 MB

                                                        Any help would be
gratefully appreciated

                                                        I would like to
apologise in advance if this
                                question has previously been asked.
