Dear All, Thank you for all of you that have helped me in my listing problems in Splus. I usually find it quite mind boggling to work out how to get the appropriate items from a complex list, often have to use function inside a function etc...or indexing inside indexing... I am using a lot of list programming to avoid do and for loop in a series of related computer simulations in Splus, although I am not sure if doing a list type of statement actually costs more computational time and memory than a loop?
