code to modify world map split

Hi, does anyone know how to modify the world map so that it is split at
about 20oE, or where I might obtain an alternative map?

The "world" map in library(maps) splits the globe at 180oE, the centre of
the Pacific Ocean. But I need to plot world maps that show all three oceans
in their entirety. Does anyone on the list have some code to modify the map
so that it is split at another longitude? Alternatively, can anyone suggest
an alternative source for a map along the lines required?

I am aware that Insightful no longer supports the mapping functions. I'm
using S-Plus 6.0 in Windows ME.
