G'day all,

I'm having some difficulty getting multicomp to supply multiplecomparisons for effects other then the main effects. Is there a way to get it to show pairwise comparisons between interaction terms?

Specifically I have fitted a 3 way-nested  ANOVA to some data. The random term site is nested within River, and Time is the final factor (River and Time are crossed Factors).

The (site %in% River):Time term has p=0.0029, consequently I'd like to use multiple pairwise comparisons to find out which specific sites differ from each other. However I can't seem to get multcomp to give me comparisons for anything other than River or Time.

Can i use focus (or one of the other commands) to automatically make the contrasts for me. Or do I need to use lmat and specify my own 'manually'?
