Dear All
I have a problem with importing excel files in s-plus. Sudenly I am not
able to import data from excel files (and also other files such as ASCII
files) anymore. When I try to import excel sheets the following error
message is promted for any file I) want to import:
Problem in sample: Bad ".Random.seed": should have 12 values: 0
Use traceback() to see the call stack
I have no idea what this should mean. I have even reinstalled s-plus to try
to solve this problem but without any success. I would be very grateful for
any help.
