Summary about Dates

Here is the summary about my question about how dealing with a column of dates
imported from excel.
Thanks to Lambert Winnie, David L. Lorenz, Hugh Jones, Tony Plate and Nick
Ellis who suggested to use the months and years functions.
Thanks also to Peter Alspach who suggested as easy and effective method:
unpaste() does its job.
