Neural network functions other than nnet library

Dear Splusers,

Other than neural network function in nnet library which only provide
single-hidden-layer, do you know other neural network functions such as
Radial-Basis Function, Multilayer Perceptrons,.... be implemented using
S-PLUS? Any reference will be much appreciated.
