Thanks to Joel Reynolds, Sven Knudsen and Daniel Ruzzante, all of whom
responded to my email. Daniel offered to supply code to compute
Ritland's inbreeding coefficient from marker information (he also sent
an interesting paper on inbreeding and relatedness in trout).
However, although not clear in my original posting, I am wishing to
compute inbreeding coefficients from pedigree data. I have now started
writing SPlus code to do this.
