Updates to Hmisc and Design for S-Plus for Windows

New versions of Hmisc and Design may be obtained from

http://hesweb1.med.virginia.edu/biostat/s/Design.html

for S-Plus 6.x for Windows and for S-Plus 2000 for Windows.  Obtain the 25Aug03 
versions for S-Plus 2000 and the 1Aug03 versions for S-Plus 6, and carefully 
follow installation instructions on the web site.  I recommend that you wipe 
the library/Hmisc/* and library/Design/* directories and subdirectories clean 
before installing the new versions.

This is the final update for S-Plus 2000.  

Thanks to Eric Bissonette of the University of Virginia for porting the 
libraries to S-Plus 2000 and to Chris Disdero of Insightful Corporation for 
porting them to S-Plus 6 for Windows.
