Hello,
I am running a big SPlus job about 270 function calls in a script and it
runs through about 70 percent of the code and fails complaining about
"unable to allocate requested dynamic memory". My hardware configuration
is as follows:
RAM: 2GB
SWAP: 4GB
I am using SPlus 6.1 version. I noticed that it takes about 2.6 GB of
total memory (which tells me I still have 6-2.6= 3.4GB available) and
then it fails giving me the above error. Can someone help me understand
the problem. I also would like to know if there are any new features in
SPlus 6.1 for better memory management.
