zero-inflated count data

Dear Splus-users,

I would like to know if there exist statistics for testing effects of
factors in a GLM where zero-inflated count data are modelled by the
product of a binomial and a continuous pdf e.g. a log-normal. Second
question : are there any options or scripts to achieve this type of
model in Splus?
