model use and specification

I am trying to incorporate a model in my research proposal titled 'factor affecting improvements in soil productivity in floodplains rice systems of Malawi'.

 

i intend to collect cross-sectional data on the socio-economic aspects some which are dummy and others continuous and wish to run the model against the level of fertilizer used per unit area by the household (dependent variable).

 

Please assist.
