internal error ?? please help me on a S+ crash...

Hi,
i'm working on  S+ v6.1 under Windows NT
Since today, each time i launch a function, i have this error message :

Error during wrapup: Invalid frame number (0) in set_frame

and i can't working.
Do i have to reinstall my S+ version ?
