Dear S users,
I'm using Splus 6 for windows.
Does anybody know whether isotone regression for multiple regression has been
implemented in S? I am aware of the pool adjacent violators algorithm, but
that only works
for a total order if I'm not mistaken. My interest is in the case we have a
partial order on x.
