Dear All,
I have successfully run a lme and can extract an anova table using
anova(model), however, when I use anova(model,ssType=3) I get the following
error message:-
Problem in anova.lme(object, ssType = 3): Objects must inherit from classes
"glme", "gls", "gnls"
, "lm","lmList", "lme","nlme","nlsList" , "nls",
or "xglm"
Use traceback() to see the call stack
But the I used "lme"
?- why the error
I would be grateful for any suggestions
