Menu loss

I?m using splus, Professional Edition Version 6.1.2 Release 1 for Microsoft Windows : 2002.  I just double clicked on a file named mygraph.axg, and then told windows to open files with that extension using splus.exe.  When splus opened, only the ?file? menu was present, and all the rest were missing.  How can I get my other menus back?
