Seemingly unrelated regression

Can anyone advise as to whether scripts are available to conduct seemingly
unrelated regression?  I would normally handle analyses of this sort in a
hierarchical setting and am unfamiliar with joint generalized linear
regression.  I'd like to examine these methods a bit closer.
