3D Bar plots

Hello,

 

I'm trying to create 3d Bar Plots without using the GUI interface so that I can control better the view and axis labels, etc.  I am plotting 154 observations, where their x,y values are factors scores and the z values is their frequency.  Any help with the functions that I would use to create this 3d Bar Plot would be great.  I'm using Splus 6.1 Pro with Windows XP.
