Hi
I am currently using splus 2000 windows version and
I have windows 2000 operating system.
I need help/instructions on how and what to do so I
can use the routines in the new survival library posted by Terry Therneau -
reference below.
I do not have a Watcom compiler. But I have Compaq
Visual Fortran version 6.
