Hello
Splusers,
I have a dataset
that could be configured into a 2x2xK table. I am thinking of using
Cochran-Mantel-Haenszel to test conditional independence. But since the
data are sparse, so an exact test might be more suitable. Does anyone know
of a splus library that has implemented functions of doing this kind of exact
test?
TIA,
Ping
