Thread-topic: Extracting local regression coefficients.

Happy Friday,

Perhaps one had a loess model. How can a point estimate of the linear and quadratic coefficients (from the local fit centered on the prediction point) be extracted ? Can one adjust the width of that local regression that is used to obtain the coefficients? Could significance estimates of those coefficients also be returned?

Regards,
Brent
