Hello,

I am doing a serie of anovas on resampled data (with a "for" loop) and in about 5% of them, one of the F value returned is NA. I have copied the resampling data that give the problem and outside of the loop, the anova can be done without problem.

It seems to me that this occurs when I have very high F Values (>300).

Does anybody know the origin of the problem and how I can solve it?

Thank you in advance,

Stéphanie Bédhomme
