I have been trying to use NLME fitted results as input for further calculation. Unfortunately, I still haven't figured it out. For example, random effects standard error is listed in the summmary of fitted model, but I couldn't use it as a direct input to the next programming. I would greatly appreciate it if my problem could be solved. Thanks for your time Zhihong Jia

See ?VarCorr. I'm not sure what version you have, but on S-PLUS 6.2 for Windows this works.
