Duplicate messages

I have been getting two copies of each post for some while now. I have sent
messages to 's-news-owner@lists.biostat.wustl.edu' asking if this could be
put right but I do not get any response.

I think this is the correct way to contact the list admin but the lack of
response makes me think there must be some other way. Could anyone suggest
another way to fix this as it is clogging my mailbox.
