| Thread-topic: | Combining odds ratios |
Hi List, Does anyone know whether there is an implementation in Splus of hypothesis testing for a common odds ratio, e.g. exact inference or asymptotic approximation inference? I am specifically looking for meta-analysis of Fisher's exact test and Tarone test of homogeneity of odds ratio. I would be very much appreciated if anyone has ideas. Thanks. Ping Zhan |
