copy & paste the graphs

Dear list,

 

I used to copy the S+ created grahps and paste them directly into word files.That is very handy. But, after creating 40 maps showing survey values, I find I cannot execute copy at all. S+ just got stuck. I recall I had no problems with doing copy with S+ 2000, but now I am using S+6.2. Does anybody have any clue about how to fix the problem?
