Hi,
I am trying to plot the augmented predictions of some lme objects with the
following formula:
> plot(augPred(object.lme),aspect="xy",grid=T)
but I always get the following error message:
Error in tapply(as.character(object[[nm]]), gr..: "[[" is not a function
Warning messages:
only the first of 3 elements used for string value in: stop(paste("\""
, farg, "\" is not a function", sep = ""))
I would be thankful to anybody who can help me sort this out!
