Dear Andre,
i do not know whether it is included in S+ yet, but you have a "heatmap" function that implemented in R which does all these "beautiful" plots.
Kind regards,
Laurent

Subject: [S] 2way clustering

Dear List,

Does anyone know whether it is possible to perform a 2-way hierarchical clustering within S+ (with these beautiful plots bordered by the 2 dendrograms) ? Or does someone have any information about the possibility of self-programming (if nothing exists within S+) ?

Many thanks,
