You can find one at ftp://ftp.stat.berkeley.edu/pub/users/breiman/forests.S/ (there's a source version for Unix and a binary version for Windows).  This is ported from version 3.3-8 of R version of the package.  The R version of the package is currently at 4.4-1.  Currently I have no plans to port or maintain the S-PLUS version.
 
I was told that Insightful developed a version that they might put into the I-Miner product.  Don't know whether that has happened.
