creating on-line help

Hello again S People:

I'm using the method described in the Online Supplement to help create 
online help files. (Windows, V6.2)
I seem to be hitting a snag with the default html file name from the build 
cyg file.
Things work well until then.

Any suggestions as to what to put there, please?
