Hello- Can anybody suggest a variation of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov GOF test that allows for the two samples to be dependant? I'm working with two sets of measurements from the same sample and want to test the distributions for differences. Thanks in advance. Chris Moyer Fish Biologist |
