i spoke to someone
who is
pretty much an Splus
expert
and he said that it
is not
possible to
vectorize
that function in
Splus
and the only
alternative
is to write C code.
So
I will probably do
it that
way so people
should
not try to figure
out how
to do it in
Splus
because it is
probably not
possible and you
will
probably
be wasting
your
time.
