Hi Mike The way to run NONMEM in S-PLUS is to use the "dos" command as you suggested. First, you need to change the chapter to the directory including the model file, i.e.
Next, execute the following command to get NONMEM going, i.e. dos("nmfe5 run1.mod run1.lst",output.to.S=F) If you are using e.g. Wings for NONMEM, you would also need to create a .bat file to get the environment right. Hope it helped. Best Christoffer -----Original Message-----
