Hi Mike

The way to run NONMEM in S-PLUS is to use the "dos" command as you suggested.

First, you need to change the chapter to the directory including the model file, i.e.

File -> Chapter -> New Working Chapter.

Next, execute the following command to get NONMEM going, i.e.

        dos("nmfe5 run1.mod run1.lst",output.to.S=F)

If you are using e.g. Wings for NONMEM, you would also need to create a .bat file to get the environment right.

Hope it helped.

Best

Christoffer

Hi,
Does anyone know how to run NONMEM via SPLUS, I learnt that "dos" command should work, however, I stuck with the syntax because we also need Fortran environment to finish the job. Thanks Mike Li
