This being Xmas, I want to express my thanks to the people who regularly
contribute answers to this list.
I'm thinking especially of Brian Ripley, Tony Plate and Spencer Graves, but
that's just off the cuff - there are others and I hope they know who they are.
Many of the questions could have been asked by me, if I were not so
lazy/busy. I'll bet I'm not alone - there is a big silent audience whose
lives you have improved. Thank you all.
