Dear All,I am trying to estimate the baseline hazard (or cumulative hazard) as part of a proportional hazards model and am having trouble finding a way of doing so without writing my own function. Has anyone got any ideas or already written a function that can manipulate the output from a coxph(Survfit...) function? Many Thanks Jemma |
