Re: Summary: Problems with "uniroot"

Thanks to Dimitris Rizopoulos, Bill Dunlap and Christos Hatzis who
responded so quickly.  The problem was that "uniroot" has an argument
called "keep.xy" and, due to S's partial matching of arguments, my argument
"k" was taken for "keep.xy" which comes before in "uniroot" argument's
list.  Each respondent suggested a different work-around and they all
worked.
