Hello, I am using S-plus version 6.1 and I am getting a recurrent error when I try to import data:
I use the command rm(.Random.seed) that is suppposed to work ( http://www.biostat.wustl.edu/archives/html/s-news/2002-07/msg00168.html ) Nevertheless the problem keeps reapparing and worse after removing that seed I still cant import all teh data I want - S-plus crashes after a long time when I try to import not-too-big files (bet 3 and 5 MB) that it used to import without any problem. Thank you in advance for your help - these problems are totally really preventing me from working Stephane Zebouni This communication is for informational purposes only.
