Hello, Is there a way to perform a one-sided Fisher's exact test? In the help file, it is noted that the function fisher.test is always two-sided. If I divide my two-sided p-value by 2 (p/2), or (1-p)/2 according to the direction of the difference, is it correct? thanks, Annaële Sanquer |
