The correlatedData library, included with S-PLUS 7 (all editions), supports
estimation of generalized linear mixed models, including mixed logistic
models.

More info in the correlatedData manual. In Windows, you can type:

> library(correlatedData)

and then select Help > Online Manuals > CorrelatedData Library User's Library
Manual from the menus.

(Sorry about the late reply, but I didn't see any other responses.)

Dear All,

I saw a couple of annoucement on work relating to mixed logit model and I
wonder if this is coded in S+ now? Does anyone know if this is in Splus 7?
