problem with contrast

I am running a simple lm model for ANOVA. I changed the options as contr.treatment.

> options()$contrast

            factor       ordered

 "contr.treatment" "contra.poly"

However, when run the model and check the contrast it is still hermit. I tried several times to reset the contrast but it did not seem to work. Any idea?

Treat:

        [,1] [,2] [,3]

Placebo   -1   -1   -1

      d100    1   -1   -1

      d200    0    2   -1

        d50    0    0    3
