Dear
All,
Quick
question, why is the Deviance statistic (-2*LL) so drastically different in a
binomial outcome model when using Laplace estimation versus PQL or MQL? I am using the correlatedData library with glme
in S-PLUS 6.2.
Thanks,
Kyle
