hi!! I have a data in 2x2, whose cell counts may be close to zero; The calculation of odds ratio fails and conf. interval cannot be determined. Is there an exact logistic (as in SAS) kind of procedure which can give me the conf. interval and an estimate for the single parameter model ? many thanks, Jag __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
