I am using gaussian parametric survival for some linear regressions for
which censoring occurs. However, in my problem the distribution is
truncated as well, i.e. limited to the domain [a,b].
Is there a neat approach to pertube the SurvReg-function in order to
take that truncated normal distribution into account (e.g. dividing the
distribution by phi(b; my, sigma) - phi(a; my, sigma) anywhere in the
code)?
