Hello everyone, I'm comparing models (updated model1 with different cov structures) by doing this. anova(model1, model2, model3, model4, model5) This provides a likelihood ratio test for the models; however, the tests are between 1 vs. 2, 2 vs. 3, 3 vs. 4, and 4 vs. 5. Is there a way to compare all the models to the first model only? Thanks in advance, Savi __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
