Dear Users:

I have a problem when I import data into SPlus. When I import data, I tried
to specify from which row it imports. But it report error and shows:
"Invalid random number seed: numbers must be between 0 and 63". The data
imported becomes a single character "ascii".

I have to reboot my computer otherwise I can not import any data. Restart of
SPlus is not working. It happens all the time when I specify from which row
it import and I have to reboot all the time. It is very annoying. Does
anyone have some idea what I did wrong? I suppose that I can specify from
which row I can import data.

Many thanks,
Best regards,
Sichong
