Dear S+ users group:

Does anybody know of an S+ implementation or method to evaluate the predictive ability for a survival model including time-dependent covariates, for example, the time-dependent C-index by Antolini et al (Stat in Med, 2005)? Is this method applicable to model with clustered survival data because my model is based on eye-specific data?

Many thanks in advance for any advise!

Feng
