Many thanks to Thomas Jagger, Henrik Nielsen and Manolo Pacheco for hep with my request regarding comparison of big data sets. As it turns out (thank you, Tom) the function "all.equal" solves all the problems in a momernt, even with really huge and copmplex data sets. Kamil
