I have found a library for comparing areas under the curve of ROC curves on the following website. http://mayoresearch.mayo.edu/mayo/research/biostat/splusfunctions.cfm

 

I have used this library in S-Plus 6.2 for windows, even though I could not find the help files in a windows format, using the information in the sgml files I found out how it worked.
